Every fall, the MLD recommends highly-achieving students for the Graduate Academic Awards. Two Scholarships are available on a competitive basis, one in French, one in Spanish. The two students nominated for the Graduate Academic Awards are also eligible to compete for the Outstanding Scholar Award, which is granted annually to one (1) highly-qualified student from the entire School of Arts and Sciences. The Graduate Student Association also has scholarship funds available, particularly to help out with research expenses.
